Steve Moore and Johnathon Copper from “Cash flow Advice Bureau” specialise in collecting debts. A very interesting talk and service for those that are owed money and are tired of going through normal baliffs and not getting any results. Look out…”The Sherrif is in town!”

Paul Shamplina has evicted over 15000 tenants in his time as co founder and Director of ‘Landlord Action’ and as such he has a massive amount of knowledge in how to help landlords.  In this video he warns us “Beware of the property sharks”.

Simon Zutshi director of The UK wide “Property Networking Club” shares his key learning’s that he has gained as a landlord over the last 14 years.  This talk will have you soul searching and making business decisions in a positive and life affirming way and will prove that being a landlord doesn’t have to a painful full time Job.

Jim Haliburton gives a fantastic talk on a subject he knows a lot about HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupancies) otherwise known as Multi-Lets.  With over 120 properties under his belt, 80 odd of which are HMO’s Jim’s knowledge and expertise are unsurpassed. He talks here about why someone should buy HMO’s and also covers some of the myths surrounding this business model.

Paul who is one of the founding partners of Landlord Action, has worked within in the legal system for 17 years – focusing on landlord/tenant disputes. As a certified bailiff he has acted on behalf of landlords with bad tenants, and has gained enormous expertise in the process and court proceedings.  As a recognised expert he has spoken at numerous landlord association events sharing his vast knowledge with both private and corporate landlords.

The prices quoted included hourly rates, and almost all the solicitors wanted monies on account ranging from £400 to £1000 without any indication of how long the process would take and if there would be any additional costs.

Then, one of the landlords met an expert in the legal procedures dealing with landlord/tenant issues. And so Landlord Action was born.
