Paul Shamplina has evicted over 15000 tenants in his time as co founder and Director of ‘Landlord Action’ and as such he has a massive amount of knowledge in how to help landlords. In this video he warns us “Beware of the property sharks”.

Simon Zutshi director of The UK wide “Property Networking Club” shares his key learning’s that he has gained as a landlord over the last 14 years. This talk will have you soul searching and making business decisions in a positive and life affirming way and will prove that being a landlord doesn’t have to a painful full time Job.

Jim Haliburton gives a fantastic talk on a subject he knows a lot about HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupancies) otherwise known as Multi-Lets. With over 120 properties under his belt, 80 odd of which are HMO’s Jim’s knowledge and expertise are unsurpassed. He talks here about why someone should buy HMO’s and also covers some of the myths surrounding this business model.
