Advanced Lease Option Masterclass is Launched
Education — By admin on June 16, 2009 at 11:25 pmRichard Shepherd has just announced that he is launching his own advanced lease option 1-day masterclass. The use of lease options is nothing new – however with property investors finding it increasingly difficult to finance current deals, lease options are now being promoted as the new tool for the savvy investors toolbox.
Many people have heard of using lease options, some most probably know of someone else who is currently using them, but still plenty of investors don’t fully understand what they are and how they can be used in today’s property market. As a spin off from his highly acclaimed 12-month Mastermind University programme, Richard has now put together this intense 1-day lease options workshop.
Richard firmly believes that despite the market falling around 20%, houses are still not selling, and this poses a real once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for property investors. But those ill-equipped for todays property market will not necessarily be able to take full advantage of the opportunity. This course is designed to show people how to buy properties without even getting a mortgage.
Don’t think that he has just found this out recently, Richard has been using lease options for a few years, so knows what works and importantly was doesn’t, and will guide you through the step-by-step instructions of assessing where options will help you achieve that deal. Also, one very important aspect of lease options is highlighted here, and that is to use the skills and expertise of a specialist solicitor, who understands how options work. This is vital to ensuring long term success.
The first course is running on Sunday 5th July in Central Manchester, for a limited number of delegates, so if you are looking to further your property education on lease options and how they work in reality, then please visit Richard’s lease option site.
