Glenn’s mentorship course involves you attending a full day with Glenn at his office in Milton Keynes, numbers attending are restricted so that you get the most out of the day. Not only will Glenn go through your marketing strategy for your chosen area, he will also also develop a tailored ‘marketing plan’ which you can put into pratice straight away. 

This course is not just conducted in his office, you will go out and visit various properties that Glenn owns, from a newbuild development project, to a refurbishment project, or a newly acquired property, to one of his HMO’s or go to look at a potential lead which comes through his own sourcing system. Throughout the day Glenn will be giving you the low down on how the numbers stack for each property and give you tips on maximising your return on investment, with the ultimate goal of financial freedom.

Once you have finished your one-to-one day with Glenn, you have access to him and his team through to completion of your first deal. Glenn and his team have bought and traded over 500 properties, so having him mentoring your first steps into the world of BMV property investing wil mean that you can learn from his mistakes and successfully build your own property portfolio.
